I have worked with many cleaning companies during my career in the FAA and now the the FCT program.  Faulcon's Enterprise & Co. has been providing the cleaning service at the Lancaster Tower since it was contracted out in 1999.  I am completely happy with their service, the two employees cleaning our tower have with with Faulcon since the beginning and are always reliable and do the best cleaning job I have ever witnessed.  We always get compliments on how clean it is from FAA employees visit us and also from other guests.

Gary is very responsive to any request we have concerning cleaning supplies or special cleaning needs such as spots on the carpet.  I truly do recommend that they be retained as the cleaning company for this and any other facility in the FAA.
